Exercise Immunology
Aims and scope
This lecture series addresses the bidirectional relationship between physical exercise and immune system function, integrating current evidence from exercise immunology, sports medicine, and micronutrient research. The overarching aim is to provide students and practitioners with a scientifically grounded, clinically applicable understanding of how the immune system responds to exercise stress, infection, and training load — and how these responses can be systematically evaluated and managed.
